Another shift

Since Rachel is staying my transition to client management has derailed or, perhaps, been delayed. So, they're trying to find a spot for me, which is ironic considering they hired me with the knowledge that Rachel was not leaving anyway. Riiiight.
So, I was presented with an option: be part of business development for consulting (instead of training) or head up an open enrollment project. The former would no doubt involve cold calling and other stuff I hate. The latter would give me authority over an intern. No decision, really. as of now (shift number 10) I am leading the Open Enrollment project. This is a series of trainings we do (1 per month) that is open to the public, for a one time fee. It gives us an opportunity to show our product to potential clients in an affordable and profitable manner. In a three person team, I'm leading it with substantial help from a co-worker who is dieing to use her skills. Hopefully, the participants will go back to their companies and lobby for our trainings.
We're putting on these trainings, order TBD:

Facilitation and Meeting Design
Third Party Conflict Management ("mediation" is not thought well of in corp. world here)
Managing Challenging Conversations (our most popular)
Train the Trainer
Collaborative Negotiation.

On a side note, the attached picture is of everyday food. Rice, garbanzo bean "medley" and the bread-like thing (forgot the name). Sometimes da'al is put on it, not this time.

Yum! I think I saw the exact same medley in a gas station toilet.

Oh, and the word you want is spelled "dying."
