Third Party Conflict Management

A brief of one of our courses, the first in our Open Enrollment sessions.

This course is based on cutting-edge research in the field of Conflict Management being developed all over the world. It is a specialized course that introduces skills needed to address conflict between two or more people. Handling grievances properly in an organization is essential to managing attrition and creating a healthy work environment. We provide participants with a practical understanding of the dynamics of organizational disputes and how to be seen as neutral third parties when they handle disputes and grievances. This course is highly recommended for Human Resources, Senior Management, and Project Managers who take on this vital role when managing employee grievances, handling conflicts in a team, or resolving issues between different teams and units. As with all of our courses this is a highly experiential skill-building session conducted over two days using live case studies, exercises, and business examples.

We have teams of trainers that operate in pairs to: keep teacher/student ratio optimal, sustain energy over two days, address questions from two perspectives and two minds, and to maximize analysis of teacher/student interaction. I usually work with Ashok, our Director, but have worked with others as well.
