Here's what my official "bio" says. Embellished? Perhaps a bit.

Jason Gladfelter
Prior to joining Meta-Culture’s client management and training teams, Jason served as a program director for the Peace Institute of the Rockies and as President of the Society for Conflict Resolution, in Denver, Colorado, USA. Under these positions Jason created and led teams to explore conflict resolution strategies in various areas, from education to international business ventures, and helped create programs based on exploratory research and dialogue. He has over 10 years of management experience where he emphasized personal relationships, open discussion and creative thinking. In his current position at Meta-Culture as a Conflict Management Specialist, Jason works closely with clients to understand their needs and goals, suggests appropriate programs, and delivers corresponding training. He also assists Meta-Culture in creating new programs, adapting to multiple industries’ fluctuations and demands, and brings a dry sense of humor into the office.
Originally from Kansas (USA) Jason holds a degree in History from the University of Kansas, has completed Arcardia/IIMCR’s international symposium on International Mediation and Conflict Resolution in Praha, the Czech Republic, and received an Advanced Studies Certificate in ADR and a Master of Arts degree in Conflict Resolution from the University of Denver.
