The monsoon started today, or last night, 2 days earlier than usual. No surprise. It's basically rain. Rain. Rain. Some stormy moments...uprooted trees and what-not. Nothing around my parts, just cool lightning.
They say it will rain on 5 days per week...but not all day. Those types of rains are reserved for the north when this system gets trapped between the Himalayas and other mountains. Good news is that the weather is cool; almost cold. Since I have to have my ceiling fan on 3rd speed (due to mosquitoes, noise, and the fan squeaks on 1 and 2, I tend to be chilly at night. May have to buy another sheet...or a blanket!
