Ok, so today we meet with the landlord to iron out the new flat. Meanwhile, Meta-Culture is growing; Ashok (boss) just signed a lease to a new, bigger office. We have meetings in the works to sign on, as clients, Nokia-Siemens, BIAL (the new Bangalore airport), and GM. While these are big projects, even bigger is the prospect of networking with them. As for my duties, I just have to revamp the entire services brochure and put it into professional language. Yeah, I know...I've limited the curse words to under 200.
I'm also heading into client management and training (where I teach); but first is the office move and I'm helping with organization and computer stuff. Don't worry, one room will be the "beer cellar".
So it's going well, just a bit frantic and foggy (cuz, like, I'm new).
I have a phone now: +91 99 163 56410 It's prepaid, so it might run out of minutes until I get to understand how it works. Otherwise, use email or Skype (look it up, it's free).
Detgen is still in Hong Kong and will be there next week, then she's off to Maldives for Easter (cuz that's where the Easter Bunny lives....not Easter Island..duh!). So I won't see her for a while, which sucks.
More pictures when I move into the new flat.
