Work

So, a little bit more on my work:
Right now they have me as client manager (in training) and case study developer. This means that I search for, attract and secure clients. From there I will help diagnose the problems, usually with phone or personal interviews. When client is signed on, they do so because they want negotiation training/conflict resolution training.
If the client wishes for a customerized training session, i.e. they want the training to incorporate certain aspects of their problems, we will charge them extra to do a customized case study. With this, the training sessions (2 days, usually) will focus on client-specific issues, rather than a general session on negotiation methods.
My first client will be Accenture, and I will work with two other people, plus one of the trainers. Not sure what to expect yet.
Later they want me to develop a client based, most likely through networking through current client base. A bit more business-ish than I thought, but the diagnosis and case study should be interesting.
