This is the sixth month mark. A roller coaster to be sure. While the ups are nice, they aren't proportionate to the downs. Yet, it's a learning experience.
I've seen some things I never thought to see. Poverty, impersonal behavior in a crowded society, chickens in trees, camels on the road, no elephants, and more cricket games than I care to remember.
Perhaps things are looking up. Meta-Culture has a good chance to explode in about 3 months; we're going international. This requires rapid growth and the potential for imploding is also a reality. We must be careful.
BUT....who cares? I just got in contact with the importer of Belgian beers to Bangalore, who is looking into importing American craft beers. AND he wants my advice. Beer? Advice? Damn right! Conflict Management consulting? Beer consulting? Difference, I ask you?
